Our technical department is certified to repair the brands that we sell. Our knowledgeable staff can answer most questions regarding phone performance. A service fee does apply for customers that do not have an account with Custom Cellular.

Satisfaction Guaranteed! Refunds are given within 15 days of the original invoice date, with shipping charges being non-refundable. Most accessories & phones are covered with a one year warranty. Refunds for cellular or PCS phones must be made within 15 days of receipt of product and must show less than 30 minutes of airtime used. All original packaging must be enclosed if returning anything to us at Custom Cellular
